JAT Pharmacy, LLC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. It is a fully licensed veterinary pharmacy that dispenses FDA, EPA and USDA approved pharmaceuticals. In addition to dispensing prescription items, we carry veterinary diets and a wide variety of over-the-counter products. We currently operate two drop-ship programs that serve our veterinary customers. First, the JAT Pharms program, serves the large animal veterinarian by providing drop-shipments directly to producers. Our newest program, JAT Rx, offers a home delivery option for companion animal and equine practices. We respect the Veterinarian Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) and require all sales to be approved by the veterinarian.

JAT Pharmacy, LLC, does not currently ship to: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Montana, North Carolina and Oregon.  JAT Pharmacy, LLC, does not procure, store or dispense controlled substances.
