Midwest now provides pedigrees electronically! Previously, pedigree information was provided in-package. Effective immediately, clinics interested in obtaining pedigrees will obtain them via the Midwest Veterinary Supply website.
To retrieve a pedigree and you currently have an on-line account, simply go to your order history. Find the order and specific product you’re looking for and click on the pdf icon located next to the product you’re interested in. The pedigree will appear where you can print it for your records or, save it to a file for future reference.
If you don’t have an on-line account, simply fill out the form below and find the product you’re looking for. The pedigree will appear and you can print it for your records or save it to a file.
Not only will our new system streamline the pedigree process, it will save you from having to deal with extra paperwork when receiving product shipments. We hope you like this change as we continue to move forward in making your buying experience better.
